Role Overview:
As a Content Moderator you will review usergenerated content to ensure alignment with platform guidelines. Your role involves enforcing content standards addressing user concerns and collaborating with your team to uphold a positive and secure online environment. Staying informed about emerging trends will also be key to refining moderation strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Review: Evaluate videos images comments and links to ensure compliance with community standards and remove inappropriate material.
- Policy Enforcement: Enforce platform rules across various content types.
- User Support: Respond to user appeals with clear explanations for moderation decisions.
- Regulatory Compliance: Collaborate with your team to meet all regulatory requirements.
- Trend Monitoring: Analyze user behavior patterns and identify emerging risks to enhance moderation tactics.
- Process Improvement: Provide feedback to optimize moderation tools and workflows.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in German (B2/C1 level)
- Proficiency in English (B2 level)
- EU citizenship or a Portuguese residency card
- Customer support experience is preferable
- Strong analytical leadership and communication abilities
- Desire to learn and advance in the field
