Job Description
- Respect the project design and its deliverables;
- Input the test subjects into the dedicated tool according to the standards in place;
- Ensure the elaboration validation and communication of all the test project deliverables within his/her scope (in accordance with the standards in place);
- Guarantee the correct prioritization of the tests within his/her scope;
- Contribute to the organisation of the Business Analyst intelligence;
- Ensure the execution of the Tests within a project;
- Input the test results in the dedicated tool;
- Report any risk of noncommitment regarding delays or quality;
- Give feedback to the Test Manager and direct hierarchy on the progress of the project;
- Ensure the communication to the project stakeholders through the creation of test reports;
- Manage project committees (test progress & defects);
- Contribute to the identification and correction of any anomalies within the project;
- Input the anomalies into the correct tool;
- Contribute to the prioritization of the project anomalies;
- Participate in the correction of the anomalies and posterior validation;
- Provide the necessary elements to draft final reports the report and procedures.
Qualifications :
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering or an IT related discipline;
- Knowledge of the test methodology principles and vocabulary (ISTQB);
- Experience in testing applications for life insurance or banking products (desirable);
- Minimum 5 years experience in Test activities;
- Able to build a test strategy and test schedule;
- Able to manage one or more software testers;
- Able to work in an Agile environment;
- Knowledge on Octane JIRA and Confluence;
- Knowledge in SQL language;
- Fluent communication skills in English and French (both written & verbal)
