Software Technical Support Engineer

Are you interested to join a cuttingedge company and collaborate with an innovative team for theunique Xray products You will be part of our global skillful and customer focused organizationworking with multidisciplinary teams through all phases of the product life cycle from conceptualdevelopment and detail design through qualification manufacturing transition and customersupport.We are looking for experienced Software professional to develop our Software solutions for ourdetector systems with a respect to customer requirements and high performance and functionalreliability targets. You will be contributing on the Software solutions in products ranging from lowcost highvolumesystems to highly scalable rich featured smart detector platforms. You are in a keyrole to design and implement the next generation system platforms together with the own team andour other technical professionals. You will bring your knowledge to our Software developmentenvironment and process improvements to ensure top quality deliverables on time.

Responsibilities

Resolve softwarerelated issues reported by customers or users.
Provide softwarerelated support via email phone chat or inperson.
Diagnose problems in software applications configurations or environments.
Use debugging tools logs or simulations to identify the root cause.
Analyzing and implementing appropriate software improvement and fixes.
Applying the company coding rules for high quality Software development.
Implementation of additional SDKs features part of existing highperformance Xray systemslibraries and GUI applications for multiple target platforms (Linux Windows and MacOS).
Unit testing of the feature or fixes implemented by yourself.
Support for Software testing tools for debugging and quality assurance including testautomation.
Improvement of existing internal or external technical documentations.

What we expect

Experience on Software technical support for SDK components.
Experience in C libraries debugging and development for Windows and Linux.
Basic knowledge in C and object oriented programming in context of Software solutions.
Preferably experience in Qt Python and C#.
Preferably onsite software support experience.
Excellence in logical analysis diagnostic debugging and problemsolving skills.
Fluent written and spoken English.
Readiness to work in global and multicultural team.
Preferably Bachelor or masters degree in computer science or equivalent.

Location

This position is based in Beijing China. You will be reporting to the Software DesignLead Engineer.
