About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to join RIU Hotels & Resorts as a Technician. In this role you will play a vital part in ensuring the functionality safety and aesthetic quality of our resort. Your expertise in various technical disciplines will help maintain a high standard of guest satisfaction while contributing to the smooth operation of our facilities.
What Youll Do
- Perform maintenance and repair tasks related to tiling general masonry carpentry and painting.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
- Conduct preventive maintenance to maintain equipment and facilities in top condition.
- Ensure safety standards are met and adhered to in all maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with other departments to provide timely technical support.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance work and report on completed tasks.
What Were Looking For
- Proven experience as a Technician or in a similar maintenance role with strong skills in tiling general masonry carpentry and painting.
- Technical knowledge and problemsolving skills to handle a wide range of maintenance tasks.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team with a proactive and solutiondriven mindset.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.
- Good communication skills to interact with various departments and provide excellent service.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and maintenance best practices.
