Urgent Job Opening Commercial Executive(Commercial) in a Renowned Commercial Appliances Mfg. Company Ghaziabad Location.
Designation : Commercial Executive
Experience : 48 Years
CTC : Upto 8 LPA
Location : Vada Maharashtra
Qualification : B.Com/M.Com/MBA(Finance)/CA Inter
Responsibilities:
- Order Processing & Billing:
Responsible for order processing which includes scrutiny of order against quote remove
discrepancies.
Billing the customer and also follow up the delivery execution.
Vendor Coordination:
Issue advance purchase order to local vendor and issue advance
Receipt of material and bill booking of vendor bills
Prepare purchase approval and placing order to foreign vendor
Follow up with the vendor for readiness of material and get packing list and invoices
System Proficiency:
Create customer code item code vendor code and responsible for approval of these code for
order entry in SAP.
Issuing SAP order and coordinate delivery visavis customer payments
Reports & Followup:
Generation of Invoices and Payment follow up
Responsible for handling the service report from sub contractor
Maintaining receipt of installation report & keeping track of warranty
Receipt of AMC from customer
Follow up for payment / Bank Guarantee / C forms / TDS / EMD
