Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Principal. and nbsp;The Principal of JKKN College of Education will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient management and operation of the institution contributing to the seamless flow of resources that support our educational initiatives. and nbsp;This role requires a dedicated individual who can uphold our vision and mission through effective academic and administrative qualities.

Job Responsibilities
and nbsp;Strategic Leadership Align the academic and administrative functions and implement innovative strategies.
Curricular Oversight Develop Revise and implement the curriculum in line with the latest advancement in pharmacy and higher education.
Faculty Development to mentor and guide faculty in pedagogic and research excellence
Resource Allocation and nbsp;Effectively manage the budget resources and infrastructure
Global Partnership Integrate global perspectives. Cultivate and initiate collaborations with international institutions.
Compliance and accreditation Extensive knowledge of academic accreditation and compliance procedures
Community Engagement Serve as the face of the institution to the broader community and establish it as a hub for innovative solutions in dental healthcare.
Student Welfare Provide an overall safe environment for students to explore opportunities for their overall development.
Advisory Serve as the academic advisor to the Board of Directors and Academic Council making evidencebased recommendations for institutional improvement.
Innovation Management Introduce initiatives aimed at technological advancement curriculum innovation and uptrend educational practices.

Higher knowledge in Teaching and pedagogy

Educational Qualification:
- Principal cum Professor 10 years experience with M.Ed and nbsp;
Other desirable qualities:

- Strategic Thinking: and nbsp;Strong strategic planning and problemsolving skills to drive the hospitals growth and success.
- Communication: and nbsp;Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with staff patients stakeholders and the community.
- Financial Acumen: and nbsp;Proficiency in budget management financial analysis and revenue optimization.
- Interpersonal Skills: and nbsp;Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with staff patients and external partners.
- Technology Proficiency: and nbsp;Familiarity with management software and other relevant technologies.
- Adaptability: and nbsp;Ability to adapt to changing educational trends students needs and technological advancements.
