What you get to do in this role:
- Engage partner industry & practice lead in coordination with SN industry / workflow specialists to expand beyond practice and understand business value proposition. Be a trusted advisor manage partner performance and growth.
- Create unified sales plan with GPC (Global Partnerships & Channels) and country input & ratify with partner. Identify areas of focus: GSF Industry Accounts and inform extended team. Codevelop longer term possibilities into breakthrough strategies.
- Connect and coordinate stakeholders; facilitate translation of partner plan into deal registered pipeline via JPP process. Support Account Executives accelerate and close opportunities. Work / collaborate with Solution Consultants as appropriate.
- Work with EMEA Partner Acceleration lead to prioritise activation of Partner offerings in line with Partner Plan and identify appropriate audience. Facilitate Joint Partner Planning (JPP) process on target accounts. Manage offering performance.
- Identify plan and drive demand gen activity to support the Partner Plan. Facilitate translation of activity into deal registered pipeline via JPP process in collaboration with Territory Partner Seller.
- Monitor against 3Cs (Capability Competency and Customer Success)/ Rise Up dashboard in collaboration with Territory Partner Seller. Drive enablement plan and monitor progress.
- Identify upcoming renewals and facilitate early engagement between Partner and AE to maximise opportunity
- Create governance : Joint Partner Planning Executive Briefings / Partner Scorecard / QBR Collaborate and align with Territory Partner Seller Monitor Partner quality (CSAT NRR GRR #dep)
Qualifications :
To be successful in this role you have:
- Develop & Maintain Standard Operating Procedures (Business Planning Guides Enablement Journeys etc.)
- Effectively coach & enable partners both remotely and face to face as needed
- Communicate Partner Programs Requirements & Benefits across the ecosystem
- Provide DaytoDay Management of Partner Ecosystem
- Work closely with ServiceNow Partner Operations and Partner Enablement to ensure reporting and best practice is being executed
- Conduct Quarterly and Biannual Business Reviews
- Develop Partner Business Case Program Roadmaps
- Articulate investment areas needed to both enter and progress through the partner program
- Execute Remediation Plans
- Enhance & Manage Partner Portal and Other Systems
- Work Towards Partner Revenue Goals through Teaming & Subcontracting
- Build and Maintain Relationships Between the PDC and the Partner ecosystem
- Participate in Marketing Events
- Approximately 10% travel
