Job Overview
We are looking for a passionate Marketing Specialist who will assist implement and monitor marketing plans for RVP services and events.
Our goal is to create impactful marketing operations that drive strong customer engagement generate inbound leads and give us a competitive edge. By focusing on B2B support we aim to elevate our social media performance enhance brand visibility and foster meaningful connections with our audience ultimately positioning us as leaders in our industry.
Responsibilities
- Conduct Marketing research to identify industry trends and commercial opportunities.
- Study company profile and operations to understand its marketing needs.
- Assist in developing and implementing a marketing strategy according to objectives and budget.
- Assist in designing and implementing strategies to increase visibility of company’s conferences and events to the right audience.
- Monitor marketing plan and provide regular progress updates.
- Provide advice on branding positioning communications and other marketing issues.
- Give direction to marketing efforts with the most effective methods and tools.
- Keep abreast of emerging trends and share industry best practices knowledge and insights with company marketing team.
- Write reports with suggestions for improvements and new ideas.
Qualifications
- 2 years' experience in a marketing position.
- Experience providing marketing solutions to businesses.
- Demonstrated experience as marketing consultant or similar role.
- Experience successfully promoting an event seminar and conference.
- Knowledge of data analysis and market research.
- Indepth knowledge of marketing principles and best practices.
- Able to effectively and creatively write proposals and reports.
- Ability to think strategically and analytically.
- Proficient in MS Office/Working knowledge of IT and marketing software (e.g. CRM).
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Exceptional problemsolving skills.
