Job Description
Location: Remote
Job Type: 12 months contract
Visa: USC GC ONLY
Industry Experience: Aerospace & Defense or Government
SAP FSM and SAP S/4 HANA experience required
Role: Implementing and configuring SAP FSM to optimize field service operations
Qualifications: Minimum 10 years of experience in SAP FSM implementation and configuration handson field service operations & processes experience knowledge of Work Order Management GEO Enablement for Mobile Integration Schedule and Dispatch Service & Mobile Device Management bachelors degree in IT or Engineering
Responsibilities: Implementing & configuring SAP Field Service Management solutions gathering and analyzing business requirements providing SAP FSM systems support & troubleshooting conducting training sessions for endusers ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules and systems configuration in web & mobile apps for SAP Field Service Management Product experience in SAP Mobile Asset Management developing FSM requirement specifications identifying gaps in existing functionality analyzing and refining functional and nonfunctional requirements managing the lifecycle of all SAP Field Service Management incidents.
