Assignment Start Date: 1/21/2025

13 weeks Varied 8Hour shift 40 hours with 36 hours weekly guaranteed

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION

Experience:

• New Grad is okay.
• SNF Experience preferred

Licenses Certifications and/or Registration:

• An active unrestricted Physical Therapist license from any U.S. State

Shift: MonFri

COVID19: Covid test 72 hours before start date with results issued 48 hours before start date
