Job Description Position Title: Principal Consultant in Nursing Analytics Pay Rate: Estimated $130000 base for nonRN; $150000 base for RN Location: Open to candidates nationwide Schedule: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM Monday to Friday Responsibilities: Consultation: Serve as a trusted advisor to executive clients and leaders coaching them on impactful projects and building organizational commitment to action. Insight Generation: Develop frameworks and problemsolving approaches to address illdefined problems and generate powerful solutions with farreaching implications. Problem Solving: Provide thought leadership to design analytic models that address complex problems by incorporating client context and broad industry knowledge. Results Delivery: Lead projects from concept to completion ensuring alignment with organizational objectives market trends and client needs. Focus on highvalue innovative solutions. Teamwork: Foster a highperforming collaborative environment demonstrating approachability and transparency while energizing the team. Qualifications: Education Required: Bachelors degree in Business Statistics Information Technology Healthcare Management or a related field. Preferred: Masters degree in a related field. Experience Page 1 Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in data analysis strategy development and stakeholder engagement preferably in healthcare or academic settings. Proven experience in independently leading crossfunctional projects from concept to execution. Skills and amp; Abilities Strong expertise in working with large complex datasets including conducting analyses and generating actionable insights. Handson experience with nursing data and familiarity with datasets such as NHSN NCQAHEDIS and NDNQI. Proficiency in analytical and data visualization tools.
