Job Description
Position: HR Intern
Location: Rajkot Onsite
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline (preferably BBA/MBA in HR)
Skills: Exceptional communication skills strong organizational abilities and a passion for learning
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the recruitment lifecycle including sourcing screening and scheduling interviews
- Assist in onboarding new hires and maintaining accurate employee documentation
- Participate in recruitment campaigns and employer branding initiatives
- Contribute to the planning and execution of employee engagement programs
- Provide administrative support across various HR processes and ensure compliance with policies
- Gain handson experience with HR tools and systems to streamline operations
- Collaborate with the HR team to drive process improvements and best practices
