Roles and Responsibility of FTI Technician;
- Maintain and tracking the calibration of basic lab equipment
- Responsible for charge of handling the use of equipment
- Responsible for producing harness based on FTI harness designs
- Participation in Integration testing during lab and field tests
- Onboard harness sensors and equipment installations
- Should be able to view and interpret CAD and FEM files
- Should take ownership in delivering below artifacts;
- Lab and OnBoard FTI harness: Deliver complete FTI harness for both laboratory and onboard use meeting the specified requirements and standards
- FTI system Lab and Onboard test report: Comprehensive report for both laboratory and onboard FTI systems detailing the results observations
- FTI System calibration report: Share calibration report for the FTI system
- FTI System Installation report: Detailed report on the installation of FTI systems on the aircraft including any challenges faced and solutions applies
- FTI System commissioning report: Commissioning of the FTI system to ensure meeting the operational requirements
- Progress report: Progress report detailing the status of FTI system implementation highlighting achievements and address any issues
- Flight Test Support Daily Report: Daily report during flight test
- Build and install: Harness assemblies Strain Gauges The client's systems accelerometers and other sensor parameters
- Ensure that products parts supplies and consumables are adequately stocked to meet Installation requirements
- Work from a variety of technical materials such as blueprints schematics handbooks drawings and engineering work orders providing feedback as required
