Due to the dynamic development we are looking for a candidate for the position: Onsite Material Flow Coordinator
Scope of responsibilities:
Site Logistic Coordinator would be involved in local goods receiving & control process within Ports Supply organization performing onsite work with main duties as listed below:
- follow up of all shipments to and from site
- goods receiving confirmation
- supervision of subcontractors storekeeping activities
- ensuring that parts are stored in an organised way
- improvement ideas related goods storage
- acting as main local contact for project logistics team; follow up on deliveries schedule
- coordination of missing & spare parts
- record & coordination of parts borrowed between projects
- reporting delivery nonconformities
- a partially onsite work (30/70 site/office on daily basis) different weather conditions
Qualifications :
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in goods receiving / warehouse / onsite logistic coordination
- well organised person with prostructured working attitude
- forklift TDT/UDT licence would be appreciated
- basic technical orientation both in electrical and mechanical field would be a big plus
- communication skills ability to work as a part of a team and proactive attitude
- English minimum B2 level both spoken and written with basic technical vocabulary
- MS Excel & supporting apps
