Description
We are seeking a Business Analyst (Sales) with 4 years of experience in a services or designdriven environment to support our sales team in identifying business opportunities and crafting tailored solutions. The role involves conducting market research preparing compelling proposals analyzing client requirements and collaborating with crossfunctional teams to define project scope and deliverables. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical communication and presentation skills with a keen understanding of presales processes business analysis and designdriven solutions (optional). Proficiency in MS Office CRM tools and a basic grasp of UX/UI or digital transformation is a plus.
Experience & Education
4 years of experience in business analysis presales or consulting within a services or design environment.
Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales and design teams to understand client needs and tailor solutions.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify business opportunities.
- Assist in crafting compelling presentations proposals and case studies.
- Work closely with crossfunctional teams to define project scope pricing and deliverables.
- Support RFP/RFQ responses by structuring business and design solutions.
- Analyze client feedback and refine sales strategies accordingly.
- Generate reports on lead generation performance and present findings to the team.
- Manage lead list and lifecycle effectively.
- Track and analyze campaign results to measure performance and make datadriven adjustments.

Education
Degree / Bachelors in Arts or Design is preferred.
