About the role:
The ElectroMechanical Design Engineer with 5 10 years of Experience you will collaborate closely with Team Leads or Project Managers to Design Develop and Optimize ElectroMechanical Systems and Components. This role demands significant experience in both electrical and mechanical engineering with a strong emphasis on quality innovation and efficiency.
You are expected to do:
Lead and participate in the design and development of complex ElectroMechanical Systems and Components.
Create and Review detailed Design drawings Schematics and specifications using CAD software.
Prepare comprehensive Technical Documentation including design reports test plans and user manuals.
Ensure all designs adhere to company policies industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Manage Project Timelines and Deliverables in coordination with team leads or project managers.
Requirements
You will be a great fit if you have:
B.E. / B. Tech. in Mechanical Engineering with 5 10 years of relevant work experience.
Experience in Designing Low Medium Voltage and High Voltage Switchgears Switchboards.
Experience in creating detailed design drawings schematics and specifications.
Experience in Designing LV/MV Distribution Panels Hybrid Generators Transformers Mobile Substation Skids metering Panels Solar Power Distribution Panels.
Experience in designing of enclosures busbars insulating supports etc
Well versed with Design & Heat Dissipation calculations Structural and Thermal Analysis.
Understanding Electrical SLD s & Three Line Diagram
Knowledge on Standards like UL Standards IEEE.
Experience in SolidWorks or Inventor (Any one is Mandatory).
