Responsibilities may include:
- Supporting the implementation of specific customer requirements regarding quality processes (inspection and test plans)
- Monitoring quality performance indicators and analysing data statistically
- Contributing to systematic problem solving (root cause analysis and implementation of sustainable improvements)
- Supporting in dealing with nonconforming products from suppliers and tracking of appropriate improvement activities
- Administration and simplification of our document management and knowledge base systems
- Collaborating with other departments and locations in the UK as well as in Europe
- Carrying out a small project that helps to improve quality of products and services
Qualifications :
Your profile:
- Good analytical and mathematical skills
- Structured working approach good attention to detail
- Working on problems with focus on solutions showing perseverance
- Strength in cooperating with different functional areas
- Able to present well when communicating with customers and suppliers
- Strong MS Office skills particularly Excel
- Good command of the English language
- Studying for a relevant degree (e.g. engineering or science)
