About the Internship:
Looking for an exciting opportunity to kickstart your career in operations Join Wolt Market as an Operations Associate Intern and gain handson experience supporting the rapid growth of one of the fastestgrowing grocery delivery networks. Youll participate in shaping processes solving problems and enhancing daily operations to deliver a worldclass customer experience.

What youll be doing:
- As an Operations Associate Intern youll be involved in a wide variety of tasks gaining handson experience while supporting Wolt Markets rapid growth. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Operational Projects: Assist in managing operational projects implement facility management tools and support tendering processes for new subcontractors.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Store Managers and teams to improve daytoday operations and enhance overall performance.
- Playbook Development: Contribute to creating the blueprint for the perfect Wolt Market store.
- Problem Solving: Perform root cause analyses and propose solutions to improve efficiency.
- AdHoc Support: Help the team with various tasks to keep operations running smoothly.
- Stakeholder Communication: Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to align goals and strategies.
Qualifications :
- You are currently pursuing a degree in Business Logistics Operations or a related field and are in your last year of studies.
- A proactive handson mindset with a passion for operations and problemsolving.
- Interest or experience in project management with a willingness to embrace new technologies.
- A detailoriented approach and the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong aptitude for working with data spotting trends and presenting insights.
- A collaborative and customerfocused attitude that aligns with Wolts mission to deliver worldclass experiences.
- You are fluent in English and Serbian.
Additional Information :
Application Deadline: March 10th.
