Qualifications :
Candidates for this position must possess at least a high school diploma or equivalent with preference given to those holding a degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field. Essential qualifications include prior experience in guest relations butler services or luxury hospitality showcasing a proven ability to provide personalized and exceptional service. Effective verbal and written communication skills are a must for interacting with guests and conveying information accurately. Strong attention to detail is crucial for anticipating guest needs and ensuring flawless service. Cultural awareness and a grasp of various customs particularly internationally are vital. Multilingual proficiency is a significant advantage especially in languages commonly spoken by the hotels guests. Lastly candidates should possess effective problemsolving abilities to address guest concerns and find suitable solutions promptly.
