Job Description
As Learning trainee you will support the implementation of learning initiatives aligned with organizations goals enhancing employee skills knowledge and performance and preparing the company for future challenges.
Responsabilities:
- Support the implementation of the Learning Plan.
- Contribute for the creation of learning content including presentations manuals and elearning modules.
- Provide administrative support such as scheduling training sessions maintaining training records and preparing reports.
- Manage Learning Management System (LMS)
- Followup on L&D KPIs to support strategic decisions.
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
- Degree in Education Human Resources or a related field.
- Strong interest in learning with a passion for education and training.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in using technology and elearning platforms.
