Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop test and maintain SAP ABAP programs and applications ensuring optimal performance and highquality coding standards.
- Work closely with functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Optimize and finetune ABAP programs for integration with SAP HANA improving system efficiency and performance.
- Experience in designing and developing SAP HANAbased solutions including data migration reporting and performance tuning.
- Assist in the design coding testing and debugging of SAP applications within SAP S/4HANA ECC and other SAP environments.
- Handle data migration tasks using tools such as SAP LT SLT and SAP Data Services.
- Participate in code reviews technical discussions and work in an Agile environment with iterative development cycles.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate SAP with other systems (thirdparty tools and software).
- Ensure compliance with internal and external development standards and best practices.
- SAP ABAP: 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP programming with a solid understanding of ABAP development tools and techniques.
- SAP HANA: Handson experience with SAP HANA including creating deploying and optimizing applications for HANA environments.
- SAP S/4HANA: Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA development and system landscape.
- Data Migration & Integration: Strong knowledge in integrating SAP applications with thirdparty systems and performing data migrations using SAP tools (SLT SAP Data Services etc.).
- ObjectOriented ABAP: Experience in writing objectoriented ABAP code and working with classes interfaces and methods.
- Performance Optimization: Ability to analyze and optimize ABAP programs for performance especially in a HANA environment.
- Tools & Frameworks: Experience with tools such as SAP Fiori SAP Gateway and SAP Web Dynpro is a plus.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with attention to detail.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- SAP certifications in ABAP and HANA are preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced teamoriented environment.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Agile/Scrum methodology experience is a plus.
