Job Description
We are looking for a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive userfriendly interfaces and creating a seamless user experience across digital platforms. The role requires a strong understanding of design principles usercentered design methods and the ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams to deliver outstanding digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities:-
UI Design: Design visually appealing and responsive interfaces for web and mobile applications ensuring a consistent and cohesive look and feel across all platforms.

UX Research: Conduct user research including user interviews surveys and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.

Wireframing & Prototyping: Create wireframes prototypes and highfidelity mockups to communicate design concepts effectively.

UserCentered Design: Apply usercentered design principles to create user flows journeys and personas that address user needs and business goals.

Collaboration: Work closely with product managers developers and other stakeholders to understand requirements and iterate on designs.

Usability Testing: Conduct and analyze usability tests to validate design choices and improve the overall user experience.

Brand Alignment: Ensure that the designs align with the companys branding and overall design language.

Design Systems: Contribute to the development and maintenance of a unified design system that ensures consistency across products and platforms.

Bachelors degree in Design HCI (HumanComputer Interaction) Computer Science or related field (or equivalent work experience).

Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer Web Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.

Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD Sketch Figma InVision or similar.

Experience with user research usability testing and implementing feedback to improve designs.

Strong understanding of web and mobile design best practices user experience principles and accessibility guidelines.

Familiarity with frontend development languages (HTML CSS JavaScript) is a plus but not required.

Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to present and explain design decisions clearly.

Experience with animation and interaction design.

Knowledge of Agile or Scrum development processes.

Experience working in a fastpaced environment with tight deadlines.
