Job Description
MOVE is a rapidly growing startup company in Southern California that helps businesses grow and outsource virtual employees.
One of our clients is seeking Graphic Designer to join their team. The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visually appealing and cohesive designs to support the companys branding marketing and project needs. This role involves working on a variety of design projects including eBooks marketing materials and other digital and print content. The ideal candidate is proficient in design software has a keen eye for detail and excels in managing projects from concept to completion. The ability to source highquality imagery and adhere to established templates and brand guidelines is critical to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and Layout:
- Develop visually appealing designs for eBooks marketing collateral and educational materials using Adobe InDesign and other design software.
- Format content provided in Word documents into design templates ensuring consistency and quality.
Image Sourcing:
- Source highquality and relevant photos or graphics from subscriptionbased services to enhance project aesthetics.
- Ensure imagery aligns with brand guidelines and is fresh and engaging for the intended audience.
Template Management:
- Utilize and maintain preestablished templates to ensure brand consistency across all materials.
- Customize templates as needed to meet specific project requirements or branding adjustments.
Collaboration and Review:
- Implement revisions efficiently and ensure final materials meet project specifications and deadlines.
File Management and Delivery:
- Save completed projects in various formats including PDF and InDesign files (IDD) and upload to shared drives for accessibility.
- Maintain organized and easily accessible design archives for future use and updates.
Ad Hoc Tasks:
- Assist with other designrelated projects as needed including branding marketing campaigns and curriculum materials.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Visual Arts or a related field.
- Minimum of 23 years of experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar creative role.
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign Photoshop Illustrator and other design tools.
- Strong understanding of layout typography and color theory.
- Experience sourcing and using highquality stock imagery from subscriptionbased platforms.
- Attention to detail and the ability to deliver errorfree work.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to adapt to brand guidelines while bringing creativity to designs.
- Amenable to work Monday to Friday between 8 AM to 12 NN OR 1PM to 5 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience designing educational materials or eBooks.
- Experience working in collaborative fastpaced environments.
- Understanding of design needs for both print and digital mediums.
Job Type: Parttime
Pay: $300 $375 $50 Allowance per month
Note: This role is only available to candidates from the Philippines and Kosovo.
