Job Description
Location: work from home mainland Spain (but needs to complete 2 weeks training in Madrid)
Role: German speaking Online Banking Advisor
Salary: €20.730 gross/year
The Company:
We are very excited to announce an exciting new role for our client in MADRID Spain. If you are fluent in German with an interest in the financial industry then we are looking for you! This position will be for our client – a global outsourcing partner based in Madrid however there is the option to wotk from home in mainland Spain after 2 weeks training in the Madrid office.
The role
As an Online Banking Advisor you will be the first point of contact for clients from the DACH region. Your client interaction is done via phone email WhatsApp and online chat and your tasked to resolve customer problems and complaints. Besides this you will verify customer accounts and will keep records of customers interactions and transactions.
Requirements
- Fluent German and English
- Excellent communication skills spoken and written
- Ability to plan organize and work under pressure.
- Have a flexible attitude to changing environments and new technologies
On offer
- 385 hours/week Monday to Sunday (2 days off per week and 2 weekends off per month). Hours from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
- Permanent contract
- Salary: €20.730 gross/year.gross/year.
