Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Tennis Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting our Tennis Instructor in providing highquality tennis lessons to our guests ensuring their safety and enjoyment on the court.
Tennis Assistant Responsibilities:
- Assisting Guests in developing and improving various tennis skills.
- Assessing Guests tennis skills to determine areas in need of improvement.
- Coordinating and conducting individual and group tennis lessons.
- Developing suitable training programs for Guest based on their age objectives and individual skillsets.
- Developing innovative ways to assist beginner or younger Guest in learning and remembering the rules of the game.
- Identifying the learning styles that work best for each Guest and adapting all coaching methods accordingly..
Qualifications :
Minimum of 1 years of experience in a relevant role.
Must be able to play tennis at an intermediate level or higher.
Must be able to work flexible hours.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong knowledge of tennis rules techniques and safety procedures.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
