Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with production operators supervisors and support teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage and maintain equipment spare parts inventory effectively.
- Perform preventive maintenance and calibration of production equipment in a timely manner.
- Troubleshoot and repair faulty production equipment to minimize production downtime.
- Support rotating shifts and overtime as needed to meet production demands.
- Provide engineering support for manufacturing equipment and processes.
- Ensure departmental cost and quality targets are met.
- Upgrade and improve production equipment hardware and control systems (software).
- Oversee the installation and qualification of new processes and equipment.
- Identify and resolve processrelated issues to improve quality and reduce s.
Requirements
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Electrical and Electronics Engineering Production Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience with at least 3 years in manufacturing processrelated roles.
- Strong proficiency in both oral and written communication.
- Effective time management skills.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- Good decisionmaking skills.
