Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and strategic Finance Business Partner to join our finance team. In this role you will act as a liaison between finance and consulting providing financial insights and support to drive strategic decisionmaking and enhance business performance. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of financial principles along with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Partnership: Collaborate closely with Consulting stakeholders & leadership to provide financial analysis insights and support.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in the development of budgets and forecasts ensuring alignment with business goals and strategies.
- Financial Reporting: Support monthly financial reporting & analysis ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to senior management.
- Performance Reporting & Financial Analysis: Prepare and present regular financial performance reports highlighting key metrics and variances to stakeholders. Conduct thorough financial analysis to assess business performance identify trends and recommend actionable strategies for improvement.
- Crossfunctional guidance: Guide nonfinancial managers on financial concepts and tools to enhance their understanding and usage of financial information.
- Ad Hoc Analysis: Provide ad hoc financial analysis reconciliation and reporting to support business decisions as needed ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or a related field; MBA or relevant certification (CPA CMA CFA) is a plus.
- 5 years of experience in finance with a focus on business partnering or financial analysis.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in financial modeling budgeting and forecasting; advanced Excel skills are required.
- Experience with financial software and ERP systems is preferred.
- Strong problemsolving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
