Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Lead civil project engineer duties including ensuring projects are delivered on time within scope and meet quality standards
- Make staffing recommendations to ensure appropriate resource allocation
- Ensure that civil engineering design documents meet regulatory client and project specifications
- Elevate department best practices
- Develop strong relationships within the company
- Mentor/train junior staff
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in civil engineering from an EACABET accredited program
- 12 years of experience in civil systems design (healthcare commercial institutional and/or higher education project types)
- PE License
- Experience leading the design of site improvements
- Proficient with AutoCAD Civil 3D HydroCAD WinSLAMM Revit and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Salary is commensurate with experience.
