Position Overview:
As a Luxury Travel Specialist you will be responsible for designing bespoke travel itineraries tailored to the unique preferences and needs of our clients. Your role involves researching destinations coordinating with vendors and ensuring every detail aligns with our clients expectations. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about travel and eager to start a rewarding career in the luxury travel industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their travel preferences interests and budget to craft personalized travel experiences.
Itinerary Planning: Research and develop detailed travel plans including accommodations transportation activities and dining options that align with clients desires.
Booking Coordination: Manage all aspects of travel arrangements including securing reservations and coordinating with service providers to ensure a seamless experience.
Vendor Relations: Establish and maintain relationships with hotels tour operators and other travel service providers to secure exclusive deals and amenities for clients.
Customer Support: Provide ongoing support to clients before during and after their travels addressing any inquiries or issues that may arise.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; no college degree required.
Strong passion for travel and a desire to help others experience the world.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in using computers and mobile devices; familiarity with travel booking platforms is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
