Job Description
Develop the supporter engagement and retention programme for WWF donors.
Develop and improve supporter journeys to increase loyalty and longterm value focusing on monthly donors.
Drive retention channels currently email sms and telemarketing responsible for developing and improving tracking results and increasing profitability.
Initiate and manage revenuegenerating activities and campaigns to existing donors with the aim of generating donations conversion upgrading.
Develop communication and content to current donors in collaboration with communication team.
Responsible for managing a team of fundraisers working on donor acquisition and retention & to monitor progress toward monthly acquisition and retention targets.
Build fundraising capacity of fundraising team and inducting new staff for fundraising .
Hold weekly meetings; discuss task delegation and review issues
Proactively develop new methods and channels to ensure development and futureproofing
Assist in the retention of team members and responsible for Managing developing and coaching/guiding the fund raising officers for meeting set targets.
Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Sales/Marketing /NGO /Fundraising/Journalism /Banking /Relationship Management. Good working knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint & MS Excel. Excellent written and oral communication skills and experience writing and designing donor communications. High target orientation and ability to deliver in a high-performance and high-pressure environment. Creative, positive, team player mindset with strong donor/client-servicing skills.
