About the Role
We are looking for a highly practical handson Gen AI Intern to help implement Generative AI tools across sales marketing operations talent and more. This is not a theoretical or researchbased role you will be responsible for testing implementing rolling out and enforcing change management for AI tools that directly enhance business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Deploy AI solutions across different business units ensuring seamless integration into existing workflows.
Test and refine AI tools for realworld application in sales marketing operations and talent functions.
Drive adoption by rolling out AIpowered automation and improving user experience.
Train and support teams on AI implementation ensuring effective usage and measurable business impact.
Enforce AI best practices and governance while monitoring performance and optimization.
Work within an allocated AI budget leveraging resources to maximize ROI and efficiency.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align AI applications with key business objectives.
What We re Looking For
Strong technical and practical skills in AI tool deployment and automation.
Handson experience with Gen AI tools (ChatGPT Midjourney AI automation tools etc.).
Ability to execute not just ideate you must be comfortable rolling out realworld AI solutions.
Experience in change management ensuring AI adoption across teams.
A proactive problemsolving mindset with a focus on practical execution and results.
Fast learner able to experiment with and evaluate emerging AI technologies.

Requirements Proven experience in community management or similar roles, preferably in the luxury events, travel, or lifestyle industries. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to lead conversations and ask challenging questions. Strong content creation skills, including writing, editing, and visual storytelling. A proactive, outspoken personality who thrives on facilitating meaningful connections and conversations. Ability to handle feedback constructively and not shy away from difficult or critical discussions. Familiarity with social media platforms, forums, and digital community tools.
