Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve desktop/laptop system and network issues both hardware and softwarerelated via phone email and in person.
- Manage incidents and service requests effectively ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Deliver exceptional service support to internal business users.
- Provide solutions /work arounds to incidents
- Contribute to the creation and improvement of policies processes and procedures.
- Install maintain and support new applications and software updates.
- Prioritize and manage multiple open cases and miniprojects simultaneously.
- Establish strong working relationships with internal teams and thirdparty vendors.
- Stay updated on the latest technological advancements and apply them to enhance business operations.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards and internal procedures.
- Conduct daily system monitoring to ensure optimal performance.
- Provide ongoing support to users on both hardware and software applications.
Qualifications Required:
- ITIL Foundation certification (or equivalent).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working in a technical service desk role.
- Strong troubleshooting and problemsolving abilities.
- Knowledge of network troubleshooting TCP/IP and general WAN/LAN concepts.
- A high level of customer service experience with the ability to manage diverse customer needs and maintain professionalism.
- Willingness to travel to other company sites when required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A valid UK driving licence.

Key Responsibilities: Support remote sites in and around the Region.
