Are you a technical marketing automation expert with a passion for driving innovation and efficiency We are seeking a talented Platform Automation Manager to join our team. In this role you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation and optimization of our pharmaceutical clients digital marketing campaigns primarily utilizing Adobe Campaign Classic.
Main Responsibilities
- Campaign Automation: Build and automate campaign journeys ensuring they align with business needs and expectations as defined in campaign briefings.
- Quality Assurance: Oversee the endtoend quality of campaigns including setup for measurement and rigorous QA testing.
- Process Optimization: Continuously optimize campaign processes identifying opportunities for automation and innovation.
- Technical Expertise: Contribute to technical specifications conduct UAT and debug workflow and delivery issues.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of enhancements templates and technical processes.
- Platform Development: Develop and test script enhancements (JavaScript) schema extensions web (API) calls and create technical workflows campaign templates and HTML content.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Campaign Support Services and Platform Management Omnichannel team.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in technical studies or business administration with a strong tech background.
- Proven experience in campaign management and project management.
- Indepth knowledge of marketing automation tools especially Adobe Campaign Classic. Experience with CDPs is a significant advantage.
- Technical marketing automation certifications (Architect or Developer) are preferred.
- Strong technical skills including SQL ETL web (API) calls JavaScript HTML and CSS. Python knowledge is a plus.
- Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Experience in software houses consultancies or project delivery environments.
- Knowledge of email and website design.
- Exposure to Atlassian tools (Confluence JIRA BitBucket).
- Pharma industry knowledge including Veeva CRM is a plus.
- Experience in production support and troubleshooting.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Selfmotivated detailoriented and adaptable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English.
