Service BDC Representative at $2022 per hour plus bonus
Reporting Structure: BDC Director
Job Summary:
Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service Do you thrive in a fastpaced environment Ingram Interactive is seeking a Service BDC Representative to join our team in the automotive industry. As a Service BDC Representative you will manage customer inquiries schedule service appointments and ensure customer satisfaction.
Major Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and chat
- Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior customer service experience preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment
- Proficiency in computer systems and software
- Pass preemployment drug and background tests
