HR Analyst I Performance Development
Job Summary:
The HR Analyst I Performance Development will work with the Performance Development Program manager to ensure the ongoing development implementation and expansion of statewide Performance Development programs processes and systems including but not limited to coordinating performance development processes preparing communications working with the information technology team and performance development system vendor to ensure data is current and accurate coordinating and conducting agency and employee training sessions and providing support to end users for both technology troubleshooting and performance development coaching.
