Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage cases from initial investigation through trial ensuring each step is handled meticulously
- Conduct legal research prepare motions and advocate for clients in court
- Advise clients on all aspects of labor law premises liability and motor vehicle accident claims
- Represent clients in negotiations to achieve favorable outcomes
- Maintain organized accurate client records and case files
- Oversee and mentor paralegals and administrative staff
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school and successful completion of the New York Bar Exam
- Active New York Bar membership with experience in personal injury law
- Strong written and verbal communication skills including the ability to draft and argue motions
- Effective negotiation skills and a solutionsoriented mindset
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team to provide the best possible client outcomes
