Overall sales experience around 8 years
MS Office intermediate
Good written and verbal English communication
Drive distribution business as per company requirements
Work in close coordination with distributors to achieve high market share at their
customers
Drive specific objectives as per company requirements
Review distributors performance to ensure required service levels are maintained
Review distributors on customer and products level performance
Identify oppurtunties for customer engagement
Ensure monthly routines are adhered
o MIS reports
o Forecast
Develop and execute distributor training calendar
