1. Manage executives calendars including scheduling meetings appointments and travel arrangements.
2. Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings including agendas presentations and reports.
3. Act as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders maintaining professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
4. Handle correspondence emails and phone calls on behalf of executives ensuring timely responses and followup.
5. Assist with project management tasks tracking deadlines milestones and deliverables.
6. Conduct research and compile data as needed to support decisionmaking processes.
7. Assist with the preparation and editing of documents presentations and other materials.
8. Manage expense reports reimbursements and invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
9. Coordinate special events conferences and offsite meetings as required.
