Job Description
- 4 to 6 years of experience as Scrum Master
- Scrum Certification (SAFe 5.1 and above)
Qualifications:
Scrum Master who has a Scrum Certification (SAFe 5.1 and above)
Proven experience with Agile methodologies and frameworks including Scrum and Kanban
Proficiency in using Azure DevOps for project management and tracking
Experience with PowerBI for data analysis and reporting
Strong understanding of Agile principles and practices
Demonstrated ability to lead and coach Agile teams
Experience in facilitating Agile ceremonies and managing product backlogs
Experience in communication to stakeholders
Scrum scrum methodology certification and accreditation

Organize and facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning retrospectives and reviews
Provide Agile leadership and guidance to the team promoting selforganization and continuous improvement
Manage and prioritize the product backlog in collaboration with the Product Owner
Identify and remove impediments to ensure smooth project progress
Foster a collaborative and transparent team environment
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on project status and progress
Organize and facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning retrospectives and reviews
Provide Agile leadership and guidance to the team promoting selforganization and continuous improvement
