Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and resultsoriented SMO Executive to manage and enhance our social media presence across various platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving engagement increasing brand visibility and implementing innovative social media strategies to achieve marketing objectives. Ability to use Artificial Intelligence based SMO tools. Experience in handling platform for North American client base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop implement and manage social media strategies to drive traffic engagement and conversions.
- Create and curate highquality engaging content for social media platforms including Facebook Instagram Twitter LinkedIn YouTube and others.
- Monitor and analyse performance metrics (likes shares comments followers) to identify trends and insights.
- Optimize social media profiles and posts for better visibility and engagement.
- Engage with followers respond to comments and messages and build a strong online community.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends tools and best practices in social media and digital marketing.
- Collaborate with graphic designers content creators and marketing teams to align campaigns with brand goals.
- Run paid social media campaigns track ROI and optimize performance.
- Prepare and present performance reports suggesting areas for improvement.
- Experience in using AI based SMO tools to build efficiency in processes.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or a related field.
- Proven experience as an SMO Executive or in a similar social media role.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms tools and analytics (e.g. Hootsuite Buffer Meta Business Suite).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with an eye for design and content aesthetics.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Experience with paid social media advertising is a plus.
- Familiarity with SEO hashtags and content marketing strategies is an advantage.
- Experience in working for client based in North America.
