Job Description
- 2 years semiconductor process experience; vacuum plasma photolithography or high energy ionbeam related technologies preferred
- Prefer background in process characterization and data analysis
- Expertise in surface analysis and thin film metrology
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to work in teams as well as individually
- Some travel to Internal factories for development training or other activities is required (travel < 25%)
- Primarily responsible for development and characterization of processes on Semiconductor equipment in the applications lab and/or at the customer site in the advanced logic space
- Design and execute process optimization experiments; characterize compile and analyze test data to determine appropriate limits and variables for equipment process or material specifications
- Work closely with internal team and product team sales and marketing groups and other functional areas to prepare changes additions and modifications which will facilitate customer adoption and improve quality of process equipment
- Work closely with customer engineers and managers as a technical interface managing input for customer demo and integration experiments
- Responsible for quality execution of all experiments and material processed through the tool including internal process development activities and customer demonstrations
- Coordinate and execute activities in the applications lab including process development work maintenance activities and troubleshooting
- Participate in various integration and strategic activities relevant to this product and customer with internal business units
