Job Description
Your tasks:
- Entry of the sick note (AU) entered in Workday in a separate AUlist for tracking the 6week obligation to continue to pay wages.
- Import of the AU data into payroll software (SBS Lohn Plus)
- Query of electronic sick notes (eAU) from health insurances
- Processing of the eAU confirmations Keeping track of the corresponding AUs submitted by the employees if the eAU query was negative Communication with supervisors if employees have not submitted an AU even after being requested to do so
- Processing enquiries about employees vacation entitlement Processing of physical mail Filing of contract documents
Qualifications :
Skills and Qualifications:
Exellent knowledge of the English language level B2 / C1
Previous experience at least one year in backoffice document quality control and data entry;
Professionalism precision reliability and high attention to detail;
Fast and precise use of PC and email;
