Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Senior EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) Consultant to join our dynamic core team. The ideal candidate will leverage their deep expertise in SAP EWM to provide guidance rollout the solutions and support our customers in their warehouse operations. This role requires a strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management processes coupled with the ability to translate business requirements into effective SAP EWM configurations and enhancements.
- Work with customer business teams and project teams effectively; Conduct requirementgathering workshops map these into SAP EWM processes and identify gaps and solution to these gaps.
- Should be able to understand the processes adopted for custom developments unit testing function testing integration testing user acceptance test Golive and support phases
- To be part of SAP EWM rollout project and provide support for the plants which went go live
- Express difficult and complex concepts clearly and concisely both orally and in writing
- Work effectively and independently on assigned projects
- Establish and maintain effective and cooperative working
- Actively lead and mentor team members involved in the rollout providing guidance on both functional and technical aspects of the SAP EWM solution.
Qualifications :
Knowledge in SAP:
Understanding of EWM Process Flows
Knowledge in advanced functions of EWM (Warehouse strategies WO WT HU POSC resource management wave management RF VAS warehouse monitor Alerts...)
Additional knowledge on Shipping Cockpit DAS EGF MFS related areas would be an added advantage
Integration with other Module: MM SD PP
- Working knowledge on EDI/ IDOC and other 3rd Party interfaces.
- SAP certification in EWM is a plus.
Other:
Fluent in English excellent communication skills
Availability for occasional travel as per project requirements.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced consulting environment.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines effectively.
