Job Description
Support Service Desk for IT Infra FrontEnd (IT accessories & small equipment printing service barcode scanners communication TV etc.): act as 1st layer of contact for Service Request Fulfillment Incident Management.
Support HW & SW Preventive Maintenance for IT Infra FrontEnd
Support IT Inventory Management. Including 5S/ Safety tracking ensure inventory data quality stock management.
Support Documentation:
Support on IT user guide work instructions manuals knowledge articles
Support on raw data preparation & data presentation for ICO operational reports
Qualifications :
3rd or 4th year students with IT Engineering background or any related can commit to a fulltime 6month internship.
Average English communication & writing skill.
Good at Microsoft Office Excel & PowerPoint.
Wellorganizing Integrity Responsibility Discipline
Training is provided for all assigned tasks. Basic IT client hardware knowledge is nice to have.
