- Overseeing duty managers reception and one touch leading them to perform through engagement and training
- Focus on arrival and departure experience for guests
- Owning loyalty within the hotel with membership enrolments and satisfaction
- Working on strategies to achieve key performance indicators such as upselling loyalty enrolments guest experience arrival and departure scores Ambassador Engagement and financial targets.
- Working with all hotel departments to ensure seamless experience for guests from arrival to departure
- Lead by example in demonstrating commitment to Sofitel values and inspire your teams to deliver on the same values in all activities.
- Management of the hotel Front Desk operations to achieve a reputation as a market leader in guest centric service in the hotel locality.
- To interview and select job applicants for Front Desk; train coach and supervise Front Desk One Touch Duty Managers and Night Audit staff in the performance of their duties; conduct performance appraisals and discipline employees.
- Coordinate and oversee the role of the Duty Managers in the day to day operation ensuring they are provided with the tools and training to meet their role requirements and ensure an adequate management presence to facilitate the security needs of the daily operation. Develop a team that actively use their initiative to ensure all interactions with our customers are positive and productive.
- Run and actively participate in regular departmental meetings across all areas respecting the confidentiality of issues which may be discussed formally or informally.

Qualifications :
- 3 5 years experience within a similar role.
- Luxury hotel experience.
- Ability to work a rotating rosters.
- Exceptional communication time management and ambassador development skills.
