1. Manage Factory Automation advanced service & project engineering team develop advanced services project business;
2. Improve advanced service & project design execution capacity and capability;
3. Improve technical skill and project execution capability of engineering partners;
4. Design and improve project process;
5. Cooperate with sales & service sales to develop the advanced services &  project business continuously in new industry and customers. 

Qualifications :

1. College bachelor degree or above Mechanical Design and Automation or Electric Control and Automation relevant majors
2. Over 8 years working experience about nonstandard equipment and special machine or retrofit & modernization development and project management 8
3. Be familiar with transfer line assembling and tightening products & system knowledge about electric control as plus can organize configuration design and engineering execution work;
4. Working experience in international environment Strong leadership about team management;
5. Can shoulder working pressure tackle different complex working conditions;
6. Good communication and coordinating skill fluent in English German as plus.
