Job Description
About the Role:
Were looking for passionate team members to support MyCar one of Australias leading tyre and automotive service providers. In this role youll help customers find the perfect tyres and book fitment appointments. Your day will involve:
- Asking the right questions to understand customers needs
- Coordinating with suppliers to ensure tyres are ready for customers
- Booking appointments at the nearest MyCar location that works best for our customers
MyCar values their team and their customers and we know youll feel that from day one!
What You Need to Know:
- Position: Permanent fulltime
- Training: First 12 weeks at our Docklands office with support to help you shine
- Schedule: Rotating roster Monday to Friday (8 am 6:30 pm) and Saturday (8 am 5:30 pm)
- Shifts: 7.6 hours 5 days a week
- Work Environment: Move to a hybrid model after training (must have a stable internet connection at home)
- Salary: Starting at $52190 super performance incentives
