Job Description

  • Contribute to Qantas commitment to datadriven innovation ensuring the airline remains a leader in both technology and customer service
  • Gain handson experience with advanced analytics techniques including machine learning predictive analytics and data visualisation to support business decisionmaking
  • Embark on a twoyear rotational program based at our Mascot Campus

Our Data & Analytics Graduates equipped with STEM degrees are essential to our mission at Qantas. You will leverage data to drive informed decisionmaking across the business from optimising flight routes to enhancing customer experiences and improving operational efficiency. Youll collaborate with diverse teams use advanced analytics tools and contribute to projects that directly impact Qantas performance. This program is designed to help you develop your technical and analytical skills while gaining exposure to various aspects of the business and shaping the future of aviation.

As a Data and Analytics Graduate youll be at the cutting edge of analytics working with one of the richest datasets in Australia. Youll have the chance to collaborate with various stakeholders on diverse projects addressing complex challenges by developing technical solutions creating predictive models and using data visualisation to effectively communicate insights.

To be eligible to apply to our 2025/26 cohort you must

  • Be in your final year of study or have completed a STEM undergraduate degree or postgraduate study in the last 2 years 
  • Maintained a credit average or above
  • Be able to commence full time employment with Qantas in August 2025 or February 2026
  • Be a Permanent Resident Australian/NZ citizen or have the right to work full time without restriction at the point of application
