Your Opportunity
- Engage closely with NSW Government and public sector clients including NSWbased universities and local governments to tailor KPMG solutions and best practises.
- Identify opportunities for KPMG to support NSW Government in conjunction with the Account Leadership Group.
- Lead the development of innovative approaches to help clients overcome challenges and meet business and reform objectives.
- Manage and contribute to proposal processes for major projects ensuring highquality tailored written materials that align with client objectives.
- Provide strategic and commercial advice during pricing contracting and negotiation phases.
- Lead an account management team and support the Client Lead Partner with strategic business planning activities.
- Contribute to the national IGH Leadership team sharing insights and knowledge across the IGH community.

Your Experience and Skills
- 8 years of experience working with the NSW Government with recent experience at the senior leadership/executive level.
- Demonstrated probity integrity and alignment with KPMG values.
- Strong understanding of public sector policy priorities and processes for working with the NSW Government/public sector.
- Ability to engage with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders including at senior levels.
- Demonstrated leadership skills including an ability to drive a culture of excellence and service orientation.
- Developed interpersonal and teambuilding skills.
- Strong understanding of business development approaches for government.
- Ability to manage multiple competing objectives in a hightempo environment.
- Proven track record in business development or relationship management roles.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications.
