As the Learning and Capability Development Lead you will be at the forefront of this transformation. This role is dedicated to leading and supporting the ongoing learning and development of our teams with a key focus on customerfacing roles. Working closely with subject matter experts and other key stakeholders you will design and implement innovative learning solutions and manage change initiatives to drive behavioural shifts and continuous capability growth.
Travel is a critical aspect of the role with the expectation of maintaining flexibility to travel up to 50% of the time to effectively fulfill responsibilities.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and embed strategic capability and learning initiatives in collaboration with SMEs Capability Leads and internal stakeholders.
- Identify knowledge and skill gaps evaluate stakeholder needs and establish success metrics to create impactful learning pathways.
- Lead the development of a digital learning framework including the elearning system and module creation to deliver engaging effective learner journeys using universal materials.
- Simplify complex technical learning systems into businessfocused language to foster understanding across the organisation.
- Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders including global teams to align on best practices and optimize learning efforts for the ANZ affiliate.
- Drive crossfunctional initiatives to support a continuous learning culture that aligns with our customer experience objectives.
- Coordinate with global teams to ensure affiliatespecific requirements align with international standards and leverage global programs and opportunities.
- Maintain strong stakeholder relationships by ensuring that learning initiatives meet diverse team needs securing their ongoing support.
- Foster a culture of coaching by equipping managers with tools and processes to actively develop their teams.
- Partner with local regional and international teams to prioritize ANZ capability and skill needs that drive commercial performance
- Report any adverse event within 24 hours as per Allergans policies and procedures.
- Proactively participate in AbbVies WHS programs adhere to policies and promote a safe work environment at all times.
- Adhere to Allergans / AbbVies internal codes of conduct and compliance processes.
- Other ad hoc duties such as administrative duties as requested.
Qualifications :
- Tertiary qualifications preferably in a science or healthcare related field. Nurse educator or similar well regarded
- Completion of Medicines Australia Continuing Education Program / MTAA Program
- Demonstrated understanding of adult learning principles and experience implementing the 70/20/10 learning and development model
- Sound commercial understanding of key business issues/challenges particularly obstacles for customerfacing functions
- Excellent leadership interpersonal and communication skills able to motivate and lead people through change.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Customer focused with a consultative and collaborative management approach.
- Experience and proven success in leading change in a crossfunctional environment
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders
